Kenneth Malone Wilson, 84, of Honey Hill, South Carolina, husband of Nancy Williams Wilson entered into eternal rest Wednesday, October 19, 2016. The family will receive friends Friday, October 21, 2016 in Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Sanctuary (217 Mt. Zion Church Rd.) from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. His funeral service will follow at the graveside in Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Old Cemetery Road, Honey Hill, near Jamestown, SC. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Charleston.
Kenneth was born February 2, 1932 in Charleston, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Louis Aaron Wilson, Sr. and Mamie Shiver Wilson. He was a retired U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt after serving 20 years, and also retired from U.S. Postal Service. He was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Wilson of Honey Hill, SC; two daughters, Lynn Wilson Blanton (John) of Rutherfordton, NC, and Lacy Wilson Johnson (Russell) of Charleston, SC; brother, Louis A. Wilson, Jr., (Bessie) of Charleston, SC; three grandchildren, Leigh Justice Bishop (Jason), Caroline Wilson Blanton, and Nancy Jean Earhart (Philip). He is predeceased by a brother, M. Edward Wilson, Sr.
