Kenneth "Paul" Rodenberg, 71 of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023 surrounded by family. His funeral service will be held Saturday, July 1, 2023 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mt. Pleasant Chapel, at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends an hour before the service.

Paul was born September 7, 1951 in Charleston, SC and grew up in Mt. Pleasant, SC. He graduated from General William Moultrie High School in 1969 and attended The Citadel. Most of  his career was spent in sales.  He loved the lowcountry and everything it had to offer. He was a true southern gentlemen and never met a stranger. He was a member of the German Friendly Society and The Skal Club.

Paul is survived by his mother Joanne I. Rodenberg of Mt. Pleasant, SC; two children, Kim Rodenberg Locke (Kevin) of Mt. Pleasant and Erich Rodenberg (Joanna) of Savannah, GA; three grandchildren, Turner, Charlie, and Mikayla; three brothers, Dolph Rodenberg (Robin) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Mark Rodenberg of Savannnah, Ga, and Kurt Rodenberg (Ali) of Florida; and one sister, Jan Rodenberg Hardman (Doug) of Johns Island, SC.  He was preceded in death by his father E.A. Rodenberg, Jr. Paul will be greatly missed by his family, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
