Kenneth Lee Halley, 57, of North Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, March 24, 2017. The family will receive friends on Tuesday in J. HENRY STUHR INC., NORTH AREA CHAPEL 2119 Dorchester Road, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the graveside in Carolina Memorial Park 7113 Rivers Avenue, at 11 a.m.
Kenneth was born May 2, 1959 in Charleston, SC, son of the late James D. Halley, Sr., and Matteline Moulds Halley. He was retired from the Yellow Cab Company, and was a member of the Charleston Rifle Club.
He is survived by his sister, Carol Maloney of North Charleston, SC; four brothers, Richard "Ricky" D. Halley of Zebulon, NC; Charles E. Halley of Lebanon, SC, Paul "Randy" Halley of North Charleston, SC, and William "Bill" D. Halley of Jacksonville, NC; daughter, Thea Osborne (Jerry) of Summerville, SC; son, Michael Helton; numerous grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers, Russell "Rusty" G. Halley of Havelock, NC, Ernest W. Halley of Freemont, OH, and James D. Halley Jr. of LaGrange, KY.
