Kenneth Alan Ashworth, 57, of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2013. A Celebration of Kenneth's Life will be held Friday, August 30, 2013 in the Victory Baptist Church, 335 Woodland Shores Road at 5:00 pm. Interment will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.
Kenneth was born February 7, 1956 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Clyde Lamar and Loudelle Smith Ashworth. He was self employed. Kenneth had a passion for the outdoors, and for great cars.
He is survived by his daughter, Kaitlyn Ashworth of Charleston, SC; step-daughters, Amy Tinsley of Charleston, SC and Ashlie Garcia of Tukwila, WA; his brother, Charles Keith Ashworth and his wife, Karen of Charleston, SC; his nephew, Charles K. Ashworth, Jr.; and his niece, Heather Riley.
Memorials may be made to the MUSC Foundation, "Addiction Services Programs," P. O. Box 250450, Charleston, SC 29425.
