Kathryn Bryan Whray

Kathryn Bryan Whray, 81, of Round O, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the Stuhr's Mount Pleasant Chapel on Monday, November 18, 2019 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.

Kathryn was born August 28, 1938 in Fargo, North Dakota, daughter of the late Clifford Bryan and the late Mary Bryan. She was a salesperson with Mt. Pleasant Seafood for many years and was a member of Cottageville Baptist Church.

She is survived by partner, David Jones of Cottageville, SC; daughter, Susan Barrineau of Mt. Pleasant, SC; four sons, Edward Whray, Jr. (Rhonda) of Prosperity, SC, Paul Whray (Robin) of Ridgeville, SC, James A. Whray (Linda) of Merced, CA and Scott C. Whray of Charleston, SC; three sisters, Patty, Margaret and Betty; two brothers, Dale and Bill; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Patricia Kent and a son Thomas Whray.
