Kathleen Gelzer Seatter

Kathleen Gelzer Seatter, 75, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Donald E. Seatter, entered into eternal rest Monday, September 4, 2017. A Service of Remembrance will be held in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial following will be held Gregorie-Venning Cemetery, Mount Pleasant. Kathleen was born July 24, 1942 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late William Porcher Gelzer and Anne Baker Gelzer. She was a graduate of St. Andrews High School and attended Queens College. Kathleen was a retired law administrator with the Rosen and Rosen Law Firm. . She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Donald; daughter, Gail Rigby of Troy, PA; son, Charles "Chip" Samuel Rigby, IV and his wife Dana of Manassas, VA; step-daughter, Deborah Mace of Gaithersburg, MD; two granddaughters: Erin Rigby and Anna Rigby; grandson, Charles Samuel Rigby,V; sister, Susan Gelzer Dodd of Conyers, GA; and niece, Beth Fraser of MA.
