Karl W. Karst, Jr., 84, of Goose Creek, SC, husband of Bonnie B. Karst, entered into eternal rest Sunday, February 7, 2021. Funeral services are private. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston, SC 29406.
Karl was born December 24, 1936 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Karl W. Karst, Sr. and the late Gladys Sanders Karst. He was a graduate of Murray High School. Karl was an electrical contractor and owned and operated Arrow Electrical Company. He was a member of Ridge Baptist Church in Summerville.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie; son, Alan Karst (Tammy); daughters, Susan Hayslip (Steve), Ginger Bowles (Michael), and Julie Tuten (Jamie); four grandchildren, Christina Kinne (Tommy), Michala Bowles, Jesse Tuten, and Justin Tuten; two great-grandsons, Thomas Kinne and Sawyer Carven; and sister, Johanna Rowell (Roger). He was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald Karst.
