Karl William Cameron, Sr.

Karl William Cameron, Sr.  91, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Mary Seyle Cameron entered into eternal rest Friday, May 19, 2023. His service will be held graveside Tuesday, May 23, 2023 in the Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Road at 11:00 am.  Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Karl was born November 16, 1931 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Cornelius Murphy Cameron and the late Anne Marie Rink Cameron. He loved fishing, camping, boating and the Lowcountry.  He loved Disney World and trying every BBQ place he could. 

In addition to his wife of 72 years, he is survived by son, Karl W. Cameron, Jr. (Effie) and daughter, Ann Marie Cameron both of Mount Pleasant, SC; and many nieces and nephews In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Fred Cameron, Joe Cameron and Cornelia Inabinett.
