Julie Dianne Davis

Julie Dianne Davis, 61, of Summerville, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Saturday, June 8, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 13, 2024 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel 2180 Greenridge Road North Charleston, SC 29406 at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel.
 
Julie was born July 27, 1962 in Park Ridge, IL, daughter of Leonard Allen Everding and the late Susan Jones Everding. Step parents are the late Thomas Orrin Lockyer and Linda Everding. To know Julie is to love her, she had an infectious personality and would always bring light to every situation,  Once you entered her life she wouldn’t let you leave . She lived her passion which was caring for children and turned into a lifelong career. Her favorite things were singing, listening to music, and hanging out with her best friends, she can be remembered by breaking out into a song at any occasion. One of her greatest loves was her grandchildren.
 
She is survived by son, John Davis (Taylor) of Fort Campbell, KY; daughter, Jenny Pertessis (JP) of Summerville, SC; brothers and sisters; Lenny Everding (Sulema), Dennis Everding (Wendy), Corrie Cochran (Bob), Tracy Nix, Barb Linke (Todd), and Becky Myers; 4 grandchildren who were her entire world. Brody Davis, Aiden Pertessis, Molly Walsh, and Hunley Davis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Davis.
