Julian Bulkeley Weston, Jr.

Julian Bulkeley Weston, Jr., 75, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Beatrice Duncan Weston died Sunday, September 15, 2013. The relatives and friends of Julian Weston are invited to attend his Funeral Service at the graveside on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Christ Church Mount Pleasant, 2304 U.S. 17 at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL on Wednesday, February 18, 2013 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.

Julian was born December 2, 1937 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Julian Bulkeley and the late Harriet Shannon McCants Weston. He attended Moultrie High School, Riverside Military Academy and Presbyterian College. He was a life long member of St. Andrew's Church and was a retired Dredging Superintendent. He spent many happy hours in the creeks around Charleston boating, fishing, shrimping, oystering and searching for artifacts.

He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Weston of Mount Pleasant, SC; two daughters, Martha Weston Schwartz and her husband, Bruce, of Spartanburg, SC and Sarah Weston Williams and her husband, Lloyd, of Bluffton, SC; one son, Julian Bulkeley Weston, III of Bluffton, SC; his grandchildren, Bruce Winslow Schwartz, Jr., Harriet Weston Schwartz, Frances McCants Williams, Lloyd Dale Williams, III, Sarah Grace Weston Williams, Rhett Pinckney Weston and Julian Bulkeley Weston IV; his sister, Blanche Weston Howe and her husband, Henry; his brother, Thomas Allison Weston and his wife, Diana. He was preceded in death by his sister, Shannon Weston Claytor.
