Julia (Det) Annette Beatty

Julia Annette (Det) Beatty passed away at her home in North Charleston on Saturday, February 25, 2012. She has had a long battle with cancer.
She was born in Tallahassee FL on January 16, 1942, the daughter of Dewey and Bessie Wade.
She was a member of Journey Baptist Church. She was the owner/operator of a limo/taxi service.
She is survived by her two sons, Todd Wall (Mary Bunch) of North Charleston, SC and Herb Passanise of Virginia; brother, John H. Wade; two sisters, Becky Clements of Goose Creek, SC and Ida Risher of North Charleston, SC; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Passanise, two sisters, Louise Reilly and Eunice Polifka; three brothers, Billy Joe Wade, Buck Wade and Sam J. Wade Sr.
A memorial will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Journey Baptist (formerly Gospel Light Church), 8723 Salamander Road, North Charleston, SC 29406. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Journey Baptist Church or Caring Hearts Hospice, 6296 Rivers Avenue #307, North
Charleston, SC 29406.
