Joyce Elizabeth Zorn Shealy

Joyce Elizabeth Zorn Shealy, 82, of North Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest, Tuesday, September 22, 2015. Her funeral service will be held Friday, September 25, 2015 in the First Emmanuel Baptist Church, 10665 Dorchester Road at 11:00 am. Interment, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road.

Joyce was born November 7, 1932 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Thomas Clayton Zorn and the late Annis Istalene Carson Zorn Brinker. She was a graduate of Charleston High School and a member of First Emmanuel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Henry William Shealy, Jr. and his wife Deborah Legg Shealy of Leesville, LA; daughter, Karen Shealy Rogers and her husband Richard A. Rogers of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren: Stephanie Dawn Almond and her husband Winfred T. Almond, Jr., William Clayton Shealy and his wife Brandi Wied Shealy and Jessica Reneé Shealy; Great-grandchildren: Shealy Grace Almond, Winfred Almond III, Haliegh Paige Shealy, Henry William Shealy, III, Hinsley Gail Shealy and Harliegh Abigale Shealy; sister, Ethel Dolores Walters of Summerville, SC; nephew, Gary Lee Walters, Jr. and his wife Judy Walters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry William Shealy, Sr.
