Joshua-Dwayne Anthony Martin, Jr., age 7, of North Charleston, SC, died Monday, November 19, 2012. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2012 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:30 pm. Interment, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm in J. Henry Stuhr Northwoods Chapel.

Joshua was born June 25, 2005 in Columbia, SC, son of Dwayne Anthony Martin and Leslie Ann Ferris. Joshua attended first grade at CC Pinckney Elementary School in Fort Jackson, SC and Pye Elementary School in North Charleston, SC. He enjoyed using his telescope, Transformers, Cars and his favorite LEGO man was "Halo."

He is survived by his father, Dwayne Anthony Martin and his wife Stephanie of North Charleston, SC; mother, Leslie Ann Ferris of Columbia, SC; sisters, Jasmaine Martin of Charleston, SC and Jada Ferris of Columbia, SC; brother, John Ferris of Columbia, SC; step-brother, Shevard Graham and step-sister, Simone Graham of both Charleston, SC; paternal grandparents, Donna and Greg Richardson of Atlanta, GA; maternal grandmother, Barbara Christian of FL; step-grandmother, Betty Phillips of Charleston, SC; and a large extended family.
