Josephine Rose Thomas Lamb

Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of March 6, 2011, Joseph Rose Thomas Lamb, widow of Bobby Eugene Lamb.  Residence, Charleston, SC.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at the graveside in Holy Cross Cemetery, Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 2:00 pm.  Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL Tuesday between 5:00 and 7:00 pm.

Mrs. Lamb was born September 20, 1926, in Union, South Carolina, the daughter of Harry and Ethel Thomas. She worked in the textile industry.

She is survived by one daughter: Barbara Gobel and her husband Al of Charleston, SC; two brothers: Delano Thomas of Union, SC and Harry Thomas of Tarboro, NC; two sisters: Reba Owen of Jacksonville, FL and Feral Brown of Tarboro, NC; two grandchildren: Tammy Lynne Grunfelder and Mark Carlos Danelon both of Charleston, SC; two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
