Joseph Dennis Canady, Jr.

Joseph Dennis Canady, Jr., 37, of Charleston, SC, has sadly passed away on March 29, 2023 at his place of residence. Joseph was born October 18, 1985 to his parents Joseph "Dennis" Canady and Tammy McKee (David). Joseph was a very hard worker, who loved his children. He graduated from Vision Christian Academy in 2002. He was an avid baseball player who enjoyed playing video games, especially Roblox. Joseph was a great father and bonded with his sons through wrestling. Joseph enjoyed watching movies and was an avid shoe collector. While Joseph loved baseball, shoes and movies, above all he loved his children.

He is survived by his parents as well as his 2 daughters: Kaytlyn Eileen Canady (17), Summer Eileen Canady (15), 3 sons: Blake Hayden Canady (9), Ryland Joseph Canady (5) and Bentley Ryder Canady (4). Joseph was expecting another baby Canady later this year. All children of Charleston, SC. He is survived by his siblings: Mari "Michelle" Stone (Josh) of Adams Run, Joe Hayes (Heather) of New York, Cherrie Hayes of Texas, Slyvia Manigault (Spencer) of Texas and Angelica Beckwith of Texas. Also, Joseph's second mother June Hayes (Bruce) of Texas, his partner Ashley Riccio and her children Aubrie Riccio and "Anthony" Riccio. Joseph was also survived by his best friend and mother of his daughters Samantha Haynes (Nathan).

Joseph's Funeral Service will be held at the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel at 1 pm on April 5, 2023. The family will accept visitors starting an hour earlier.
