Josefino Espiritu Laguitao, 66, of North Charleston, SC, husband of Wilma Thomas Laguitao, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014. His funeral service will be held Saturday, July 19, 2014, in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4600 Appian Way, North Charleston, SC, at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends Friday, July 18, 2014, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road.

Mr. Laguitao was born November 29, 1947 in Manila, Philippines, son of the late Alejandro Laguitao and the late Catalina Espiritu Laguitao. He was employed by KBM and one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Josefino enjoyed painting and photography.

He is survived by his son, Hemiejo Presto Laguitao and his wife, Almabeth, of North Charleston, SC; daughter, Reizda Edwards of Summerville, SC; daughter, Amber Glaze Laguitao; two sisters, Iluminada Prieto and Loida Alimangohan; brother, Mac Laguitao, all of the Philippines; two grandchildren, Jemiell Laguitao and Christain Laguitao; former spouse, Lilia Browder of North Charleston, SC.
