John R. "Butch" Thomas

Butch was born in Conway, SC, son of the late W.O. (Bill) Thomas, Jr. and Irma S. Thomas. He graduated from North Chas HS, attended the Citadel and retired as a car salesman. He was an avid golfer. Survived by sisters, Belinda Swindler (David) and Susan Martin (Randy); nieces, Miranda Ayer (Bryan), Kerri Olds (Chris); nephews: T. Patrick Swindler (Maria), William Martin (Katie) and David Swindler. In lieu of flowers memorials to Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Rd., N. Chas, SC 29406
