John "Jack" Dennis Regan

June 9, 1947 — August 28, 2020

John "Jack" Dennis Regan, 73, of Johns Island, South Carolina, husband of Carol Hipp Regan entered into eternal rest Friday, August 28, 2020. His private Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 5, 2020 in Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3871 Betsy Kerrison Parkway. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Jack was born June 9, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri, son of the late John Francis Regan and Aldoula Sadorus Regan. Jack started his career in Telecommunications. He owned Telecommunications System Management Company based in Sterling, Virginia. Jack then retired to Kiawah Island where he enjoyed fishing, playing golf and just enjoying life. Throughout his life he supported charities, good causes and activities near and dear to him. Jack, his stories, and his sense of humor will be missed by all of those who had the pleasure of meeting him. The kindness in him will certainly live on through his loving children and grandchildren.

Jack is survived by his wife, Carol of Kiawah Island, SC; daughter, Meredith Hall (Shawn) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; two sons: Drew Regan (Rae) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Colin Regan (Ashley) of Kiawah Island, SC; sister, Anne Mahoney (Ed) of Summerville, SC; brother, Mike Regan of Pittsburgh, PA, and three grandchildren: Whaley Regan, Jack Regan, and Sutton Hall.
