John Mark Lasseter, 57, of Cross, SC, entered into eternal rest Sunday, May 18, 2014. His memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2014 in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 6:00 pm.

Mark was born January 26, 1957 in Charleston, SC, son of the late John Maddox Lasseter Jr. and the late Eleanor Smith Lasseter. He was a contractor in the heating and air business. He enjoyed music, outdoor activities and animals.

He is survived by his partner, Rhonda Hartley Stacks of Cross, SC; sister, Denise Lasseter Pendley of Goose Creek, SC; brothers, James C. Taylor III of Moncks Corner, SC and Joseph C. Taylor.
