John A. Keiper, 50, of Charleston, SC died Tuesday, March 31, 2015. His memorial service will be Saturday, April 11, 2015 in Trinity Bible Church, 3589 Mary Ader Dr. at 1:00 pm. He was born February 6, 1965 in Vernon, CT, son of George A. Keiper and Elinda Jean Omans. He worked for Webb Electric in Sumter. He is survived by a sister, Merrilee Tharp of Summerville, SC; three brothers: William R. Keiper of Summerville, SC, Paul Malphrus of Orangeburg, SC, James C. Driggers, Jr. of N. Charleston.
