Jodine Richbourg Jones

Roberta Jodine Richbourg Jones, 63, wife of the late Tony Allen Jones of North Charleston, SC passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012. The relatives and friends of Jodine Jones are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Sunday, January 29, 2012 in North Charleston United Methodist Church at 2:30 pm. Burial will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR NORTHWOODS CHAPEL.

Jodine was born on September 28, 1948 in Aiken, South Carolina, daughter of the late Bennie Fladger Richbourg and Joyce Maureen Furtick Richbourg. She was a gifted and talented teacher for the Greenville County School District. She also served as an Assistant Principal with the Greenville County School District.

She is survived by one daughter, Robin Strubhart of Hanahan, SC; one son, Christopher Allen Jones of Nashville, TN; two grandchildren, Ashley Victoria Britton and her husband, John, and Kayla Jordan Strubhart; two great grandchildren, Gage Allen Britton and Tyler Matthew Britton; one sister, Gloria R. Holst and her husband, Jerry of Mt. Pleasant, SC; mother-in-law, Gladys Jones of Goose Creek, SC; two brothers-in-law, Roger Jones and his wife, Karen, of Goose Creek, SC and Donald Jones of Goose Creek, SC; one sister-in-law, Robin Richbourg of James Island, SC.
