Joan Wagner Low

Joan Wagner Low, 65, wife of the late David Smith Low of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2010.  All services will be private at a later date.  Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Joan was born September 18, 1945 in New York City, New York, daughter of the late Robert Sheldon Wagner and Janet Lowther Wagner.  She began her career in broadcast media with ABC News in New York and also worked in various broadcast markets across the country. She was retired after a successful career in retail sales in Mt. Pleasant, SC. She is survived by her two brothers, Jeffrey S. Wagner of Mentor, OH and Bruce S. Wagner of Glen Arbor, MI; two step-sons, David S. Low, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Lonny C. Low of Pagosa Springs, CO; and four step-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials can be made to the Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road,  North Charleston, SC 29406 or a charity of your choice.
