Jerry M. Signorelli

Jerry M. Signorelli, 74, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023, surrounded by his family he loved so dearly.  
Jerry was born in Brooklyn, NY, to Augie and Rose Signorelli on June 17, 1949.  As a teenager, he moved to Bradenton, Florida, and graduated from Southeast High School. He went on to attend college and began his career at Sears, where he met his wife, Cindy. They married and raised their family in Bradenton.  They relocated to Longwood, FL, in 1991 and ultimately to Mt. Pleasant in 2003. He worked in Executive Management with Sears for 40 years.  
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Augie and Rose, sister-in-law, Wendy Mixon, and in-laws, Peter and Eleanor (Jimmy) Brown.  He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy; his son Jay (Lauren) of St. Louis; daughter Kelly Gamez (Mario) of Burlington, NJ; his beloved grandchildren, Brody, Addison, Kason, Kai & Luca; his sister, Barbara Weber (Charlie) of Hudson, FL; and his sister-in-law Lindy Morgan (Wayne) of Daniel Island, SC; as well as cousins, nieces, and nephews. 
Jerry was very active in youth sports, specifically baseball & basketball. Most recently, he was involved with the Brickyard and Liberty Cottages community associations.  He was always available to help his friends and neighbors. He was a man who never met a stranger and mastered the art of spreading his time, attention, and love to his family and friends.  He will be greatly missed by all.

His memorial service will be held Friday, October 27, 2023 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mt. Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd., Mt Pleasant, SC at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends an hour before the service. A message may be sent to the family on our website at www.jhenrystuhr.com.
