Jerry Seay

Jerry Seay, 56, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Monday, October 1, 2018. His Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 in Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1157 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL.

Jerry was born April 26, 1962 in Winston Salem, North Carolina, son of James Awtrey Seay and Shirley Hubbard Seay. He was a graduate of College Preparatory School, 1980, and Francis Marion University, 1988. Most recently Jerry worked with Quest Marketing as a lighting consultant and had a successful career in the lighting design industry. Jerry had exceptional technical talents and loved automobiles and boating. He was happiest when he was working on one of the many cars he owned over the course of his life or out on the water in his boat in Florida or the Lowcountry. He was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and was a very gentle soul and a kind and loving human being.

He is survived by his parents, James A. Seay and Shirley Hubbard Seay of Charleston, SC; a brother, Robert "Rob" A. Seay, (Ronda) of Mount Pleasant, SC; three nieces, Chloe, Matilda and Elsie Seay.
