Jerrie Frances G. Jones

Frances "Jerrie" G. Jones, 81, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Bob Jones entered into eternal rest Wednesday, January 6, 2016. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday January 11, 2016 in St. Joseph Catholic Church,1695 Raoul Wallenberg Blvd.at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 10, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a service by the BPO DOES Charleston Drove #231 at 6:00 p.m. Burial will be Private.

Jerrie was born May 21, 1934 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Frank J. Connor and Ethel Fickling Sanders. She was a graduate of Bishop England High School and retired bookkeeper with the Jewish Community Center. Jerrie loved dancing, bowling, traveling, and playing cards. She was a Life Member of BPO DOES of Charleston Drove #231 and a Life Member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary #3142.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Jones of Charleston, SC; son, Bobby Jones (Miriam) of Myrtle Beach; three daughters, Trill Norris (Matt) of Charleston, Elena Williams (Bubba) of Goose Creek, Espie Melling (Greg) of Charleston; sister, Barbara Johnson (Buddy) of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Bennie Sanders (Linda) of Cottageville, SC; eleven grandchildren, Brad, Sean, Briana, Christina, Tony, Amanda, Andrew, David, Eric, Kaitlyn, and Scott; ten great-grandchildren, Jerimiah, Alysa, Dylan, Kate, Sophia, Mason, McKenna, William, Jordan, and McKenzie. She is preceded in death by a son, John Scott Jones (Jackie Boy).
