Jennifer was born November 11, 1958, in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Jasper Theodore Hiers and the late Ervene Joyce Lewis Hiers. Jennifer was a beautiful southern lady who always claimed Charleston as her home, no matter where life chose to have her live. She was a staunch supporter of Clemson University, from which her husband, son, and sister graduated. She enjoyed traveling, fine cuisine, and spending time with friends and family. Her selflessness was felt by all those whom she held dear.
In addition to her husband of 42 years, Jennifer lives on through her son Jeremy Hampton Crosby and daughter-in-law Allison Fabick Crosby, her sister Melinda Jane Hiers Accardo, nieces Katherine Elizabeth Accardo and Allyson Leah Hiers Armstrong, and nephews Jonathan Lewis Hiers II and Donald (Tripp) Edward Accardo III.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Jonathan Lewis Hiers.
