Jeanne Moore Watson, 92, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Robert Sidney Tamblyn, John Fox Gardner and Charles L. Watson entered into eternal rest Saturday, March 3, 2018. Her Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 3:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Jeanne Moore Watson was born June 14, 1925 in Berry, Alabama, daughter of the late George Bradford Moore and Lucy Adelle Blanton.
She is survived by her children, son Terry Tamblyn(Angie) of Isle of Palms, SC, daughter, Cheryl Driver(Marshall) of Johns Island, SC, son, Robert Tamblyn (Taffy) of Charleston, SC, son,Thomas Tamblyn (Lee) of Charleston, SC, daughter, Susan Gardner of San Diego, CA, and son John Gardner of Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was blessed as well by many grand and great-grandchildren.Jeanne was a fully devoted follower of Christ. She had an immense capacity for love and forgiveness, and always put others above herself. Her first priority was always directed toward serving her Lord, family, friends and the community where she lived and worked. She leaves behind a legacy of love, caring, kindness and a family who will always be grateful for her guidance and comfort.
