Janis was born April 26, 1958 in Phoenix, Arizona, daughter of the late Bettie Oswalt Jones and Bradley Jones. She was a retail store owner.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Edward Fisher of Charleston, SC; father, Bradley Jones of Star Valley, AZ; two sisters, Linda Ayers and Debby Fitch; brother, Geoff Jones, all of AZ; nieces and nephews.
