Janie Faye Frederick Floyd

Janie Faye Frederick Floyd, 77, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late William Walter Floyd, Jr., entered into eternal rest Saturday, July 13, 2024. A graveside service will be held at a later date, in Shallotte, North Carolina in Griffith Cemetery. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Janie was born September 6, 1946 in Flint, Michigan, daughter of the late Carl Frederick and Mildred Gilpin Frederick. She married her true love William Floyd 1966. She was a hairdresser, housewife and Mother.

She is survived by her two sons, James Frederick Floyd (Marion) of Charleston, SC, and Gregory Walter Floyd of Elizabeth City, NC; and grandson, Noah Floyd (Karlie) of Elizabeth City, NC.
