Janice Marie Reeves Rhea

Janice Marie Reeves Rhea, 70, of Charleston, South Carolina, formerly of Shallotte, NC, wife of Earl Henry Rhea, Jr., entered into eternal rest Sunday, July 10, 2016. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday on July 13, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 2:00 p.m., the family will have a gathering at 1059 Valley Road, James Island following the service. Burial service will be private.

Janice was born May 9, 1946 in Whiteville, North Carolina, daughter of the late Jesse Edward Reeves and Grace Reaves Reeves. She was a retired nanny, true angel and will be missed by her family and those who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Earl Henry Rhea, Jr. of Charleston, SC; three daughters, Sheila M. Faulk of Goose Creek, SC, Lisa C. Bates (Terry) of James Island, SC, Patricia A. Riles (Raymond) of Walterboro, SC; son, Earl H. Rhea, III., of Charleston, SC; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Babson of Shallotte, NC, and Betty Moss of Whiteville, NC.
