Janice Ann Bond

Janice Ann Bond, 81, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, widow of Harold Bond entered into eternal rest Saturday, June 29, 2024. Her funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mt. Pleasant Chapel. (1308 Mathis Ferry Rd.) at 12:00 pm where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am until time of service. Burial following will be in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens. 

Ann was born November 3, 1942 in Loris, South Carolina, daughter of the late Victor Bray Butler and Josie Mae Stanley Marlowe Butler. She was a former Insurance Secretary and a member for over 30 years with the VFW auxiliary. 

She is survived by her eight nieces and nephews, Susan Sanderson, Polly Sanderson, Betsy Sanderson, Renee Sanderson, Ginger Cruz, Marlowe Bailey, Gary Andrews, Christopher Butler; stepdaughters, Vanessa Trice, Vicky Hornsby; and her significant other, Joseph Connor; many great nieces and nephews; step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

Ann was predeceased by her stepdaughter, Vanetia Wornick. 

Memorials may be made to The Women's Auxiliary, 1411 Stuart Engals Blvd. Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
