Janet Baker Langdoc, 83, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late James Leroy Langdoc, entered into eternal rest Sunday, July 12, 2026. Her Memorial Service will be held privately at Grace Church Cathedral, 98 Wentworth St, Charleston, SC 29401.

Jan was a dedicated employee of South Carolina National Bank and Wacovia Bank, where she built lasting friendships throughout her career. She found joy in life's simple pleasures, including playing tennis, working crossword puzzles, spending time on the water, boating, and enjoying her cherished Friday night dinners at Outback Steakhouse.

More than anything, Jan treasured the people in her life. Her beloved companions, who she affectionately called "her girls", Lacey and Misty, brought her immeasurable happiness and companionship. It was a great comfort for her knowing her dogs will continue to be well taken care of.

Jan will be remembered as a kind, loyal, and incredible friend whose warmth and generosity touched everyone who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and treasured memories, and she will be forever missed.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Baker.
