Jamie William Floyd

Jamie William Floyd, 40, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of April Michelle Plemons Floyd entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 8, 2020. His Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens.

Jamie was born November 15, 1979 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Karen Lynn Floyd. He was a sheet metal mechanic in the HVAC industry. Jamie was an all around good guy, outgoing, liked to laugh and to make other people laugh. He was a loving husband and will be missed by the people who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, April M. Floyd, daughter, Celeste Floyd, son, Allen Floyd, grandfather, Charles William Floyd, aunt, Tammy Cumbee, uncle Ricky Cumbee and six cousins, "Fat Boy" Ricky Cumbee, "Kate Girl" Kaitlin Cumbee and Liam Crabtree, Carla Floyd, Shawn Floyd and Cody Floyd all of Charleston, SC and of Georgia. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by grandmother, Bonnie Floyd and uncle, Terry Floyd.
