James "Jimmy" Archie Willis

James " Jimmy" Archie Willis, 68, of Reevesville, South Carolina, died Thursday, January 23, 2014. The relatives and friends of James "Jimmy" Willis are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Monday, January 27, 2014 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTH AREA CHAPEL, 2119 Dorchester Road at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 26, 2014 in the North Area Chapel from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

James was born April 9, 1945 in North Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Archie William Willis and the late Ruby Mae Herndon Willis. He graduated from Rice Business College, was the owner of Willis Ceramics and a member of Wando Woods Baptist Church.

He is survived by his sister, Ruby Mae Knupp of Reevesville, SC; one niece, Amy Michaelle Johnson and her husband, Brad, of Reevesville, SC; two grand nephew's, Brandon William Johnson and his wife Kristin, of Reevesville, SC and Bradley Andrew Johnson of Goose Creek, SC; two grand niece's, Keera Urick and her husband, Tim, of North Charleston, SC and Kalyn Ann Knupp of Reevesville, SC and great grand niece and nephew, Bailee Nicole Johnson and Mason Craig Johnson. Jimmy was preceded in death by a nephew, Leslie William Knupp.
