Entered into eternal rest the morning of Thursday, April 12, 2012, James Turner (Jimmy), 61, of Hollywood, SC. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Monday, April 16, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends at Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Born February 2, 1951 in Gastonia, NC, Jimmy was the son of Kallie Summit Shewtzuk and the late Loyd E. Turner. He was a construction worker and attended First Baptist Church of Ravenel.

Survivors include his mother: Kallie S. Shewtzuk of Avon, IN; 2 brothers: Lloyd E. Turner, Jr. and his wife Pamela of Hollywood, SC and David Shewtzuk and his wife Cathy of Ridgeville, SC; 3 sisters: Kallie Boyd and her husband Troy of Mt. Airy, NC, Kathy Bender and her husband Carl of Avon, IN and Alica Kraemer and her husband Jim of Strongsville, Ohio. He is preceded in death by a longtime companion, Mildred Miller, brother, Alex Shewtzuk, Jr., sister, Vicky Shewtzuk and many nieces and nephews.
