James Edward "Eddie" Loftis, 42, of Ladson, SC, loving husband and father of four entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 2, 2018. His Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road at 6:00 pm.

James was born November 20, 1976 in Columbia, SC, son of the late George Rene Loftis and Brenda Shealy Loftis. He was a Superintendent for Collins and Wright Construction Company.

He is survived by his wife, Missy Loftis; daughters: Amber Stefani, Kaitlyne Loftis and Emily Loftis; son, James E. Loftis, Jr. all of Ladson, SC; one grandson, Hunter, on the way; two sisters, Jessica McCormack of Summerville, SC and Amy McIntire of Goose Creek, SC.
