James Sherwood Bullock, Jr.

James Sherwood Bullock, Jr., 77, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Yvonne "Evie" Breaker Bullock entered into eternal rest Sunday, July 19, 2020. A private funeral service will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 in Northbridge Baptist Church, 1160 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., Charleston, SC and burial will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

James was born September 21, 1942 in Fairmont, North Carolina, son of the late James Sherwood Bullock and the late Mammie Jackson. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and a Computer Analyst for the Charleston Commissioner of Public Works.

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne "Evie" Bullock of Charleston, SC; two sons, Corey Bullock (Dayna) of Hollywood, SC and Chris Bullock of Charleston, SC; daughter, Sheri Geer (Fred) of Summerville, SC; brother, Ray Jackson Bullock of Anderson, TX; sister, Mary Alyse Inman of Raeford, NC; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by family to include Dewey Inman, Diane Ingram and Betty "Granny" Sanders. He is preceded in death by son, James Christopher Bullock, brother, Bing Crosby Bullock and brother, Ken Bullock
