James P. Adamczyk, 60, of Charleston, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on October 9, 2019. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the J. Henry Stuhr Downtown Chapel on Friday, October 18, 2019. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at the J. Henry Stuhr Downtown Chapel, 232 Calhoun St. Charleston, SC 29401.
James was born May 14, 1959 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, son of the late Joseph R. and Sara (Pond) Adamczyk. He was a graduate of Purdue University and the Georgia Institute of Technology, and spent over 30 years as a consultant for Accenture. Upon retirement, Jim stayed active in his field, serving as a private consultant and investor.
He is survived by his spouse, Tom Wyatt; a brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and MaryAnne Adamczyk of Seattle, Washington; a niece and her husband, Marissa and Dan Heringer; and a great nephew, Nathaniel Heringer of Seattle, Washington.
