Jacquelyn Davis Ables, 69, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, September, 21, 2022. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2022, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Rd. The family will receive friends an hour before the service.  

Jacquelyn  was born January 16, 1953, in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late James William Davis and the late Ann Laurie Davis. She graduated from Moultrie High School in Mt. Pleasant, SC and worked for many years in accounting at Franklin C. Fetter Family Health Clinic. Jacquelyn was an avid gardener and a longtime member of Pinecrest Baptist Church. Jacquelyn will be remembered for the way she loved her family.

She is survived by son, James R. Ables (April)  of Rock Hill, SC; two grandchildren, Audrey Ables, Jonathan Ables; brother, Robert "Bob" O. Davis (Carolyn) of Newnan, GA; . She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Ron" Ronald Ables; parents, James and Ann Davis, and her brothers, Richard "Rick" Davis, and James "Jimmy" Davis, Jr.
