Jacqueline "Jackie" Paskalis Clark, 83, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Arden S. Clark, and Arthur L. Paskalis, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Her celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 10AM in The Chapel at Bishop Gadsden, 1 Bishop Gadsden Way off Camp Rd on James Island. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the chapel at J. Henry Stuhr Inc’s downtown location at 232 Calhoun Street. All are welcome.
Jackie was born May 10, 1942, at Cooper Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. She grew up in Hammonton, NJ where she was crowned Blueberry Queen for her striking looks and athleticism. She was an office manager in Allentown, PA then a successful entrepreneur, operating the 17th Street Market in Ocean City, NJ for many years before becoming a Real Estate broker in the same community. After her first husband passed away in 1991, she remarried and relocated to Charleston with her new husband where she continued her real estate career with Carolina One Real Estate. She enjoyed real estate very much, so she never really retired from it. She also enjoyed gardening and international travel and was such a good cook that she could make a delicious meal out of virtually anything, no recipe required. She was beloved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Lou Paskalis of New York City and her stepson, Scott Clark of Atlanta, GA as well as her beloved chihuahua, Little-Bo-Peep. Her sister, Carol-Ann Norcross of Hammonton, NJ and numerous nieces and nephews also survive her passing.
