Jacqueline Ann Bailey Capps, 75, of Charleston, SC, wife of Francis Herman Capps, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 24, 2021. Her Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Sunday, June 27, 2021 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00 pm. Private entombment will be at Live Oak Memorial Gardens.

Jackie was born February 25, 1946 in Birmingham, England, the daughter of the late Norris Bailey and Joan Paterson Bailey. She was a collector and lover of antiques.

Along with her husband of 55 years, Jackie is survived by her two sons, Anthony Dwayne (Meredith) Capps and Trevor Ryan (Meg) Capps; her grandchildren, Abby, Bailey, Alyssa, Armani, Ryan, Lydia, Parker and Dawson; and her beloved dog, Trump.
