Jack Kenneth "Kenny" Summers, 73, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Donna Lynne O'Brien Summers entered into eternal rest Thursday, January 26, 2023. His Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 4, 2023 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 3:00 pm.  The family will receive friends an hour before the service.

Kenny was born November 2, 1949 in Jacksonville, Florida, son of the late Jack Summers and the late Marjorie Evelyn Green Summers. He served in the US Army, and the National Guard, and had a long career in food sales, first working for Big Star, then Nabisco, and finally locally for Lee Distributors. Most importantly, for the past six years, Kenny volunteered at Charleston Oncology. He will be remembered for the way he loved his family.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna; daughter, Angie Prince (Joey) of Simpsonville, SC; two grandchildren, Macy and Landon Prince; and two brothers, Ronnie Summers (Jan) of Jacksonville, and Robert "Bobby" Summers of Jacksonville, FL.
