Jack Velton McDaniel, Jr., 64, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Lynn Simpson McDaniel, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, June 18, 2014. His memorial service will be held Saturday, June 21, 2014 in Orange Grove Church, 952 Orange Grove Rd. at 3:00pm. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway.
Jack was born September 13, 1949, son of the late Jack Velton McDaniel and Lillian Lilienthal McDaniel. He was employed by Medical University of South Carolina and a member of Orange Grove Church.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years; a brother, Mike McDaniel of TN; and two sisters, Carol of Columbia, SC and Jeanette of TN. He was also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
