Irmalee Pritchard Suggs

Irmalee Pritchard Suggs, 94, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late William R. Suggs entered into eternal rest Friday, April 6, 2018. Her Memorial Service will be held Monday, April 9, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Irmalee was born October 26, 1923 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late John Henry Pritchard and Marie Smith Pritchard. She was a devoted employee of Condon's Department Store. Irmalee's family was her life; she was a loving, caring person who enjoyed music, dancing and socializing.

She was preceded in death by her loving daughter Barbara Jean Suggs Dantzler, and her three grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons, William R. Suggs, Jr., (Fran), and Roy A. Suggs (Linda) all of Charleston, SC; four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, eight step-great-grandchildren.
