Irma Meagher Vose, aged 90, passed away on July 3, 2026, in Johns Island, South Carolina. A devoted wife, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Edmond Vose.

Born on February 23, 1936, in Charleston, South Carolina, Irma was the cherished daughter of John Frank Meagher and Mamie Patrick Meagher. She dedicated her life to being a loving homemaker, creating a warm and nurturing environment for her family. She loved gardening and flowers, and especially enjoyed watching birds and squirrels from her porch.

Her memory lives on through her son, Charles Vose Jr., and his wife Tamara of Johns Island, SC. She is also survived by her sister, Frances Infinger of Walterboro, SC, and her brother, John Francis Meagher of Younges Island, SC.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, followed by her funeral service at 12:00 pm.
