Inez Davis Pettigrew

Entered into eternal rest on the evening of May 12, 2011, Inez Davis Pettigrew, widow of Vernal Pettigrew.  Residence, Charleston, SC.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside services in Holy Cross Cemetery, Monday, May 16, 2011 at 11:00 am.

Mrs. Pettigrew was born June, 26, 1917 in Stevenson, Alabama, the daughter of George Foster Davis and Ida Lou Dobbins Davis.  She was a member of James Island Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Pettigrew was formerly of Parsons, TN where she had been a Charter Member of Parsons Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by one daughter: Linda Bishop of Folly Beach, SC; two granddaughters: Melissa Rabon and her husband Robert of Summerville, SC and Alison Crane and her husband Chris of James Island, SC; four great grandchildren: Tyler Rabon, Zachary Rabon, Bailey Crane and Porter Crane.
