Hermine Carlisle Raybourne, 94, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Leon C. Raybourne, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 24, 2015, in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Downtown Chapel, 232 Calhoun Street, at 12:30 p.m. Interment, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Hermine was born January 18, 1921 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Benjamin F. Carlisle and Augustus Weber Carlisle.

She is survived by her daughters: Patricia R. Spencer (Daniel) of Grover, SC, Cheryl S. Raybourne (Michael Jocis) of N. Charleston, SC and Robin H. Raybourne (Leo Gadsden) of Hermiston, OR; her sisters: Gloria Weatherford of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Inez Brown of Williston, SC and Aretha Lee of Charleston, SC; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank the staffs of Hospice of Charleston and Sandpiper Rehab and Nursing for the loving care they provided.
