Henry Talmadge Wooten

Henry T. "Hank" Wooten, 73, of Goose Creek, SC, husband of Ann Lane Wooten went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 28, 2013. A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 30, 2013 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road at 7:00 pm with Air Force Military honors. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel.

MSgt. Henry T. Wooten, USAF Ret. was born January 29, 1940 in Morehead City, NC, one of five children of Claude Wooten and Geneva Cannon Wooten. He retired from the SC Department of Corrections and was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Goose Creek, SC.He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Ann L. Wooten of Goose Creek, SC; daughter, Jennifer W. Wood and her husband Rob; he was the loving Opa of his grandchildren: Matthew Jones, Piper Wood, Whilden Wood; great-grandchildren, Noah Jones and Carolina Jones all of Charleston, SC; and brother, L.C. Wooten, of Morehead City, NC. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Dina W. Jones.
