Henry Jackson Touchton, Jr., 91, of Charleston, South Carolina, widower of Patti Hamilton Touchton, entered into eternal rest Monday, July 20, 2015. His funeral service will be held at the graveside Saturday, July 25, 2015, in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends Friday, July 24, 2015 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Henry was born September 17, 1923 in Waycross, Georgia, son of the late Henry Jackson Touchton, Sr. and Bernice Owen Touchton. He retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard, where he was the Production Officer Superintendent. Henry was a former member of The Charleston Elks Lodge and a member of the Charlestowne Wood Turners Association.

He is survived by his step-daughter, Frances H. Randall of Charleston, SC and of Lafayette, CA; three step-grandsons: Daniel H. Randall of Lafayette, CA, Elliot T. Randall of Oakland, CA, and Christopher Scott Lincoln of Colorado Springs, CO; and four step-great-grandchildren.
