Henrietta Kirkland Fulmer Holliday, 76, wife of Ralph Furman Holliday of Charleston, SC passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2011. All services will be private. The family will receive friends at J. HENRY STUHR WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL on Sunday, March 20, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Holliday was born on December 12, 1934 in Saluda, South Carolina, daughter of the late Ernest Jefferson Fulmer and Frances Kirkland Fulmer. She retired as an Administrative Assistant with Bellsouth and was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the Sandhurst Garden Club, where she was the past president, a member of the Telephone Pioneers, Charleston Federation of Women and the American Business/Professional Women's Club. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ralph Furman Holliday of Charleston, SC; a daughter, Vicki H. Craven and her husband, Rev. Doug Craven of Logan, WV; one granddaughter, Michaela Craven of Logan, WV; four sisters, Ollie K. Bracewell of Aiken, SC, Lonnie K. Hutto of Aiken, SC, Dorothy K. Burris of Greenwood, SC and Brenda Simpson of Starr, SC; one brother-in-law, Madison Holliday of Charleston, SC. She was preceded in death by sisters, Sandra K. Alexander and Emma Sue Kirkland.
